new years eve ball, it would be nice if all the people are all in mask. you should send the invitation 2/1 week before the ball for them to prepare for the ball. if you send an invitation to early they would eventually forgot about it.

Because New Years Eve is a popular holiday and a lot of people want to throw parties that day and start making plans in advance, I would send out the invitations 1.5 months - 2 months in advance. Make sure that you tell people to RSVP so you know the supplies you need to buy. Have plenty of champagne!
