Vaginal itching is common during pregnancy. Sometimes it can come from STDs, so you should be tested if you have not already. Otherwise, you can try bathing in cool water with some baking soda added. Definitely avoid soaps with perfumes, douching, and feminine hygiene sprays. Always wear breathable cotton panties, or even go commando if you can!

Vaginal itching is a sign of a yeast infection or underlying condition in which you need to have checkd on by your doctor. You should never use any over the counter medication while pregnant without first talking with your doctor.

Go see your OB/GYN! It could be very serious to you and your baby depending on what the cause of it is. Don't go out and buy anything for the itching unless your doctor says it is okay. Over the counter medications can be very harmful to your growing baby.

Always squat and wash yourself, try to add rose water to the washing water. Get a good lotion from the chemist to apply. It's better that you get a check up done by your docter to check if you have any infection.
