Talk to other youth choir and youth program directors about their pograms so you can make a concrete plan. Find out what the youth want so you can incorporate their input. Present this plan to the minister at the church where you want to start the youth choir or youth program.

If you are a youth put up fliers in your community asking people to meet who are interested, coffee houses and libraries often have facilitators who are ready to help.
