How do I set a marble counter top?

make sure that all the fasteners are in place then just set the countertop and you will be done with the job.

First, be sure that the cabinets are level. Apply a thin bead of silicone caulk around the rim of the cabinets where the mable will make contact. Again make sure that the counter top is level; if it isn't, use shims achieve a level surface. The weight of the marble will help it remain solid.

Use a caulk gun to run a bead of silicone around the perimeter of the cabinet(s). Position the top just over the silicone caulk and set it into place with a downward motion. There should be very little smearing of silicone on the bottom surface of the top. Use an appropriate colored caulk to seal the edges to the wall.
