How do I send flowers to the soldiers in Iraq?

Well you would probably have to buy them from the store and ship them to a specific soldier station there. It can take weeks to get to them so sending anything perishable isn't a great idea. You can contact a local Guard or reserve unit to get a name and send stuff such as candy, magazines, and other entertainment items.

There is no floral delivery to troops in Iraq. At this writing Iraq is a nation at war. Only military flights go in and out. If you want to show appreciation, research Any Soldier and send a card or a care package.

You can drop the flowers off at your local base. They will ship them over for no charge. You can also send them online.

You cannot send flowers by virtue of the logistics. FTD isn't going to send a delivery truck to the front. Visit the website AnySoldier for info about care packages.

That is not very practical. For security reasons packages to random soldiers are not allowed on bases as it make contains explosive devices. Try and send phone cards instead.

Sending fresh flowers is difficult due to climate, security, and constant movement of troops. However your appreciation of other items that are non-perishable arrangements would be just as appreciated!

It is not possible, nor is it appropriate to send flowers. Do a search for "any soldier" to get a list of soldiers and what they need.

Flowers would probably wilt before they arrive in Iraq. Keep in mind that most of the soldiers are guys who do not appreciate flowers as much. Other gifts are fine.

There are many organizations that will send them to the soldiers, don't try to send them yourself as there are many rules and regulations regarding mail.
