Well this usually depends on the printer itself and it can vary. Usually there is some type of printer interface menu that will have this information listed on it.

It depends on your printer actually. Some printers may not support this feature. If yours does, then just go to Control Panel>Printers and check the properties of your printer. Another way to check this would be to try and print a sheet of paper. You dont need to go all the way and actually print... just to check the level.

To view the ink levels of your printer click on the start menu. Move you mouse to the control panel and click. Then you double-click on the printers. Right click on the printer and go to the properties. Click on the color management tab.

First, click the start menu. go to control panel, then click on the printers icon. once the printer window is open, click on the printer details tab, and look for your ink levels.

Most printers comes with dedicated driver that has the ability to present ink levels. Find your driver software (usually in "control panel") and check you ink levels.

Click on the start menu, go into control and set the view to classic view. Double click on printer devices. You will select the printer you are using and right click on the icon and view the properties of the printer and ink levels.
