How do I save money on food?

I already use coupons.

You can check your local flyers for sales, and shop the stores that have the the items you want on sale. Plan your weekly dinners around what's on sale. Stock up when something's on sale, as long as it isn't perishable. Don't buy prepackaged meals, make fresh meals. Use less meat and more beans and veggies.

Try buying store-brand or generic foods and bulk foods (bags of beans, for example, instead of smaller cans). Also be sure to make a list before you go shopping, and try to plan meals with similar ingredients (for example - sloppy joes and tacos) for the same week so you can buy in bulk, cook once, and eat twice.
