How do I save e-mails on a flash drive?

Open Outlook express and click the file menu and navigate to Data File management and click the Data file tab, below that you will find a open folder icon and click it a new window will be opened and there you will find a file name with. ppt extension, copy the file and paste it in your flash drive.

You need to save e-mail in a different format. For example, save the e-mail as text document. After you choose the text format,you can save the e-mail to your Flash drive.
