If you bought a reversible motor there's external connectors, there are two, simply swap the two connections alternately. If you didn't get a reversible motor, you need a new motor.

call a/c mechanic. switch off power supply to a/c. remove the motor check all the connections and winding. mechanic will do the needful.

Rewiring of an A/C motor in order to reverse the rotation of the motor is required to be done from the capacitor point of the motor concerned.
