How do I replace the fiberglass hood on my car?

First disconnect the windshield washer hoses. Unbolt and remove the old hood. Transfer the old hood hardware (including hood latch) to the new hood. Put the new hood on but don't tighten the hood yet. Align the new hood and tighten the bolts.

Well on most cars you unbolt the hood from the hinges and remove it. Then you bolt on the new one. however I can't give you special information on your car because now make or model was given.

1) Open the hood. 2) Unhook any wires or hoses. 3) unbolt the hood from the car. 4) Replace the hood in reverse order.

We can use plasma cutter to remove the steel quarter panel. We can attach metal strip to backside surfaces. After replacing we can rebuilt new clothes for good look.

You will first need to take off your current fiber glass hood then you will be able to put the new hood on your car.
