How do I replace a window motor on a Ford F150?

The first step is to remove the door panel. This involves removing and screw or clips holding it on. Once that is removed then the vapor barrier needs to be removed carefully. Then the window can be held while the motor is unhooked and unbolted and the new one installed.

Remove screws from arm rest and unsnap door panel. You will see dimples in the metal of the inside panel. You will have to drill holes big enough to access the bolts for removal. Reach inside, feel for the bolts, remove them and disconnect wire. The motor will come right out. Feel how it sets in place. Reverse procedure, reinstall

Take off the door panel. Then locate the motor underneath. It should be pretty obvious where it is. Remove the motor and bolt the new one back in.
