First of all, stop treating it with chemicals. Shampoo your hair every other day instead of every day to stop it from drying out. Use a leave-in conditioner to rejuvenate and strengthen your hair. Personally I like Pantene Pro-V. You can also condition your hair with olive oil. Ask your hairdresser for any other suggestions.

The best thing to do is stop treating and dying the hair. Harsh treatments and over drying damage hair. Your hair may benefit from a leave-in conditioner treatment or ones that you leave on for about 3 minutes. It will help add moisture back to the hair.

Unfortunately, there's not very much you can do for over-processed hair. The best course of action would be to keep the hair as moisturized as possible (try to avoid shampoo and conditioner with chemicals that can worsen the problem) and wait for it to grow out.
