What is the recipe for a good hair perm neutralizer?

I put a perm in my hair and now it is way to curly, as a result I want to neutralize the chemicals I put on my hair to make it curly.

Here is the way you do it. Shampooing the hair as soon as possible after the perm will neutralize it. Try a leave in conditioner. This will relax the curls. Oil Treatments will work the same way. You can also try straightening kits. Or shampoos and conditioners that promote straightening.
