Dig down on the outside of the basement wall down to the footing, pull/push the wall back into place and permanently anchor it to the surrounding dirt 10' out.
If the interior wall is paneling/drywall, it will need to be replaced. If the wall is the foundation wall, the water needs to be stopped. pump "dolomite" into the crack if obvious. You must partially excavate the outside to get to the leak if this fails.
Call a mason! If the wall is block, the repair may be surprisingly inexpensive. If you value the building, consider the repair an investment. Directing the leak to your sump system may take the pressure off your wall and it can be done under a poured floor. Good luck!
