How do I remove Adware Hotbar from my computer?

Step 1: Open the Windows Task Manager by simultaneously pressing the buttons "CTRL"ALT"DEL or "CTRL"SHIFT"ESC Step 2: Click the \"Processes\" tab on the Task Manager Step 3: Type in Ad ware.Hot bar to search for the ad ware Step 4: When the ad ware process is displayed, highlight it and click the \"End Process\" tab, which should terminate all activity.

To remove any Adware from your computer, first you need a program such as Ad-Aware, Spybot, or search for Adware removal programs on the website. I would not suggest just removing it yourself. Keep in mind that un-installing the hotbar may not get rid of the adware. However, you should try that first, THEN use a spyware removal program.

You have 2 choices: You can attempt to remove it on your on through the add/remove programs, which might not take it all out, and then you would have to search down it's host files in the registry editor. Better choice, SpyBot Search and Destroy. It can removed the Adware Hotbar in a few simple clicks, along with other spyware.

There are several tools out there that will remove it for you. One tool is Spybot Search and Destroy. This program will scan your system and compare files against known malware and adware type programs. If it registers it will attempt to remove it at them end.

Go to Control Panel, then click on Add/Remove programs. Find the Adware Hotbar on that list, and then click on "Uninstall". After a few seconds, the hotbar will effectively uninstall.
