Get an anti virus program like AVG or Norton. Install it and run the program. If this doesn't work, then back up all data on your hard drive, deactivate any software licenses, and reinstall your operating system and all programs.

The best way is to run an anti-virus in safe mode. I recommend AVG (its free just google it). After installing avg reboot your computer and go into safe boot mood by holding down f8, then run the anti virus. Your computer should now be clean.

There are many different ways to remove a virus. Research the problem and find some solutions. The easiest would probably be to get a copy of an antivirus and use it to take it off. You can manually do it but that is usually the most difficult solution to choose.

You need a good, updated antivirus software. There are many choices, I can suggest you a couple of free antivirus programs: "Avast! Home Edition" and "Avira Antivir". You can also search for "Malwarebytes anti-malware" or "Spybot Search & Destroy". Those are all free software available on the net that will help you to remove any malware.

Well the first thing to do is to get a good anti-virus program. Install it and run a scan and remove the virus. You may also need to download a specific removal tool if it is a stubborn virus.
