With most locks: remove the screws from the inside of the door and remove the inside of the lock, remove the screws that hold the latch, then you should have no problem retracting the bolt or catch. If your on the outside, that information is classified.

If you door is unlocked or you can unlock from inside. Simply unlock and remove the 2 screws holding the lockset as well as the screws holding the latch in the side of the door. If you can't unlock the door then the lock will need to be picked open in order to remove. Call a qualified locksmith.
