Lithium-Ion is not a matter of programming nor is it something you can recalibrate to. Lithium-Ion is a type of battery structure.

It is highly impossible to recalibrate a laptop battery because the Li- ion cells will get damaged. If you try to do something there is a chance for damage to your laptop.
