First you need to find the SIM card door. You can find it on the top left corner of the Sidekick above the Menu key. You then insert the SIM card gold prongs up and cut corner facing out.
The slot will be located behind a rubber flap thing on top of the device on the left. Simply slide your sim card into the slot until it clicks into place.
to access the Sim card door pull back the flap,insert the Sim into the slot,when you release the sim make sure it is locked into a position,switch on the phone.
