Slice off a yucca offset that has at least 4 leaves. Plant it into a small pot containing moistened potting mixture and draining material like perlite. Keep the plant slightly moist and place in a location with bright filtered light until new growth is spotted.

During the springtime, remove the new growth from the base of the plant. These will now become new plants for you.
