I must admit I was curious about the answer to your question since I was born in France and had to get a copy of my birth certificate through Washington D. C. To answer your question you can go to www. rgd. gov. jm. There is a tab for Vital Statistics and you can get information about what is required.

Try to acquire the name of the Marriage officer that was present. When you have that officer's name contact the Jamaican authorities so they can search for the certificate.
