Measure how large you want the covering. You will need to put these up with small rods and hooks. Then double the width by 2, so they will gather. Some people use a piece of cloth to gather the curtain in the middle. It will look like an x. Or you could leave it gather whole.

You need light weight curtains with light colours and sliding hooks so that they easily slide back and sway along with the breeze.
