You might do best by being very active and involved in some activity that requires group participation where members of both sexes are welcome. By immersing yourself in the activity at hand, you are likely to be discovered by someone else who is interested in the same activity.

When you find someone you like, ask questions about her hobbies, interests, etc. Don't overdo it, as this can come across as needy and scare the girl! Just be yourself.

You aren't going to MAKE anyone do anything. She will either like you or she won't. Just be yourself. Often times people can't find a mate not because they're a bad person but because they are trying TOO HARD. Take a break and don't look. You will find someone who is right for you.
