Detox drinks are not designed to make a person lose weight. The goal is to rid the body of pollutants and chemicals so it will be more receptive to a healthier diet.
Detox drinks don't work. You might think they work because you feel lighter. But the only way to lose weight is to eat healthy. Omit junk food, fast food, fried foods and eat more fruits and vegetables.
Blend citrus juice (preferably lemon or grapefruit), black pepper, a fiber supplement, goji juice and raw spinach in water. Drink three times a day just before meals.
