The specific keyboard shortcut may depend on the application, but Alt-Enter will usually work. In addition, you can always click on the maximize button at the top-right of the window

If you are trying to make a window full screen, just push the square button next to the x. After that it should load up full screen every time.

You can double click the upper rim of whatever program you are trying to make full screen, or you can go to the directory of the program, right click on the .exe file, go to "Properties" and then make the program open maximized on default.

Most browsers and full-screen-capable programs use F11 as a shortcut for fullscreen mode. We can't really answer your question without details about what program you are trying to fullscreen though.

that depends on what application you are using. sometimes f11 or a similar key works, but there is no way to say definitively without more information

Just press the F11 key to launch the full screen mode. It works on all standard windows. Press it again to leave the mode.

Full-screen for what program? Windows XP is, by default, full-screen. If you are looking for a specific program, you can either right click on it and press "Maximize", or double-click.
