Generally, any (bigger) change in behaviour could be a sign of some sickness. If your kitten got slow, doesn't eat or drink, is vomiting, is scratching a lot, etc... be sure to visit a vet and find out what exactly is causing problems.

Your kitten may be sick if her litterbox habits have changed. Inappropriate elimination is often a sign of a sick kitten.
