How do I know if I will be good at waitressing?

A waitress needs a lot of enery and a good memory to keep track of who ordered what, what tables she is in control of, and any minor requests people make. You definatly need to be a people person, and have good people skills. Being attentive to everyone is a very importwant aspect to the job.

There a few things that will determine this: 1. are you very customer service oriented? 2. can you handle high pressure situations? 3. are you organized? 4. are you a good listener? 5. are you able to carry more than two plates at a time? If you answered yes to all these questions then you should be fine.

There is no way to tell, untill you start. But, if you are dedicated to learning how to be good you will succeed and be a great success at waitressing. Good luck!
