You can either talk to your child's teacher personally and request it, by law you have full access to your child's Pls-4 Score.

PLS-4 is a measurement of your child's ability to learn. The 4 areas are on a scale of one to ten with 5 being average.

The PLS-4 is used for to measure the childs ability to learn, the 4 areas are the scale from 1-10. For example if your child get 5 that means average.
