I can only give you partial instructions do to not knowing your toilet model. Your Sub flooring should be done with 3/4 Plywood, and it should be secured tot he joists in the floor. The toilet should be atleast 12" from the wall in the back and 15 Inches from anything on either side. Hope this helps.
