It's very rare but a married man can petition the Pope to allow him to become a priest. He occasionally grants this when they've converted from other Christian religions.
Your options include serving as a deacon in the Catholic church or joining one of the other ecumenical movement that allow their priests to be married. I don't think waiting on the Catholic church to change is going to be an option in the near future.
Pray... Pray... Pray. This is a huge decision that needs Gods guidance and grace. Discuss your feelings with your family. There are other options. Many religions accept church leaders who have families.
Consider that one may simply be called to a higher religious involvement. This can include teaching Sunday School, becoming a decon, or helping with fund-raising.
