Well it would help by removing the ceramic tool. If you remove the ceramic tile then only can you add some more flooring onto the floors. Go to home depot and buy some new equipment.

You should not install any type of floor unless you have a clean flat sub-floor. This means all your tile must be torn up first and the floor leveled.
