Take pictures of the bug bite. Look in books about bug bites, an encyclopedia or on line to compare your bite to the picture. You can visit a pharmacy and ask them to look at it to recommend some cream.

when the bug bites , you will feel irritation on ur skin as similar as mosquitoe bites. but it doesn,t cause any severe reactions other than shock when it bites.

There are a lot of pictures on the medical health websites with the bugs and what their bites look like. I've always heard that bed bugs have several little bites, spiders will have about 3-4 medium sized bites (depending on spider, though) and ticks embed themselves.
