How do I get tight pelvic floor muscles?

The next time you have to urinate, stop the flow of urine and note the muscles you used to do so. Practice this until you are able to tighten those muscles when not urinating and "exercise" those muscles periodically.

You can tighten these muscles by doing Kegel exercises. Just tighten your pelvic muscles like you have to go to the bathroom but have to hold it!

One way to get tight pelvic floor muscles is by doing various squats several times of week. If you are looking for a quicker result you can use thumb ells.
