Wash a section of floor or wall to remove surface dirt. Mix a solution of 1 part bleach and 6 parts water. Use a toothbrush to scrub the grout lines with solution in that section. Wipe with a clean rag to remove residue. Wash section again with soapy water.

Sand Color Grout stains are basically formed by very minute particles and can be removed with a proper proportion of bleach with water. Preferably it can be on a 1:5 ratio(bleach:water). It needs to be scrubbed very hardly with a brush repetitively till it disappears. It the stain is very deep, it might require more effort.

sand-color grout stains can't not be removed easily. it's the discoloured patch or dirty mark that is difficult to remove. formed of very fine particles resulting from the erosion. you can use cleaning chemicals or cleanser, which are easily available in the market to remove the stains.
