First off, I assume you mean night sweats. Lower the room temperature in the room you sleep in. Wear light weight, preferably cotton, sleepwear to sleep in. Also, take extra blankets off the bed so you aren't as apt to get too warm when you sleep.

To get rid of your night sweats is to find out its source. Maybe it's the environment or a more serious health problem. Then search for possible solution.

You can sleep with a fan on low so that you maintain a cooler temperature in the room. Make sure to wear loose fitting clothing to bed.

I take care of my night sweats by having a fan blow across my body while I sleep. It manages to keep the sheets from getting too hot and making me sweat. I also use only the comforter, rather than a bed sheet as well.

It depends on the cause. A doctor is your best resource for finding out exactly what's causing them, but common reasons include menopause, hormone imbalance, and certain medications. However, in the meantime, you might want to try cutting back on spicy foods and alcohol, and always have a fan on while you sleep and see if that helps.

Brush your teeth right after dinner, this usually gives sweets and junk food in general a really minty bad taste.

Flax seed oil helps alot, it can restore the body's natural balance, but it may take a few weeks before you notice the night sweets are less.
