That will keep coming back you have a cracked cylander wall, drain it and start all over but it will continue happening.

Well you should drain the entire coolant system but if you have oil in the coolant then it sounds like you have a engine problem that need to be addressed.

To be oil out of your car's radiator you will first have to take the actual radiator out. Once the radiator is out you can drain it via a mechanic.
