I can't really address this in the small amount of words I'm allowed here- Microsoft. com has tutorials for the use of SQL as well as forums- I would go there.
If you are on a web page, there should be a button to change the date or just go to next or previous, and if you are in the console, you can type in goto mmddyyyy (fill in the date).
