You could also check with your local animal shelter. Believe it or not, your local animal shelter does have pure bred, show quality animals. There will be some small cost associated with adopting a shelter animal, but it will be far below the cost of getting one from a breeder.

Go to your local pound and or animal shelter and adopt one. A little know fact is that most animal shelters get pure breed dogs all the time, visit several local shelters and am sure you will find a rotty pup to adopt
