How do I formulate a second hard drive?

You'll need to reboot the computer, leaving the OS disc in the drive, this will prompt a format. From there its cut and paste.

You can format a hard drive. First you install the hard drive in your computer then open your computer/my computer. Find the new hard drive, right click and select format. If you can't see it, right click computer/my computer and choose manage. Format it there. Manage is in the Admin tools on Windows 7.

In order to format (not formulate) a hard drive, you must go to Start->Computer/My Computer and right-click the one you're gonna format and select format.
