A standard rebuild should do it. Buy a rebuild kit, remove the carb from the manifold, disconnect all the throttle and fuel linkages, and empty the float bowl into a suitable container. Disassemble the carburetor, spray carburetor cleaner through the jets, install all of the parts you have in the rebuild kit, and reassemble. Set the idle and you're set.

Well if will depend on what is wrong. Look online for information on how to troubleshoot or repair which every brand or model carburetor you have. A rebuild manual is always helpful from restoring a carb.

These are easily fixable as you can go to your local auto parts store and purchase a carburetor rebuild kit for cheap!
