If the gutter leak is due to a hole, clean the area, cut a small section of aluminum sheathing and attach it over the leak with metal screws. Be sure to seal the area with waterproof caulking. If the gutter leaks from overflow consider increasing the grade of the gutter to increase the water flow.

Gutter leaks can be fixed by applying water proof silicone caulking to the leaking area on the inside and outside of the leaking area. Let the caulking dry 24 hours.

Well if there is a leak then use some type of silicone sealer. Clean the leaking areas and the apply the sealer.

The best way to fix a gutter leak is to use glue. It might sound to simple but using glue from a hot glue gun. Make sure you let it dry for over an hour before you put your gutter back to use.

First find out the source of the correct area and clean that area with a scruber and aplay the putty or sealed with a mettal sheet or any other gap filling products. one another option is to call a gutter filling agency.
