Use a wet diamond or carbide bit. Depending on the location of the hole relative to the edge of the marble you may want to cut rather than drill it.

Use a carbide tipped drill bit or a carbide grit hole saw. Drill at a moderate speed. Keep bit and marble cool with water while working.
