Wipe the pearls with clean, soft cloth. A damp cloth can be used but allow pearls to air dry before storing. For soiled pearls, use mild soap and water.

A very mild soap and water solution is best for pearls. Do not rub excessively on them, this will wear off the nacre on them. Put them on a very soft cloth and allow to air dry. NEVER allow them to be put in a sonic cleaner. Make sure they are restrung periodically if you wear them often.
