The bulb should be accessible from the engine compartment. Once you locate it the bulb should either twist out or have a clamp that frees it up.

Open the hood. Remove the screws holding the lens cover assembly in place. Rotate the bulb carrier from the rear. Remove the old bulb and install the new bulb. Assembly is the reverse of dissasembly. One tip is to replace light bulbs in pairs. So do the other side too.

You will need to remove the light cover housing. Then you will simply unscrew the old bulb and screw in the new bulb.

You can open up the protective plastic casing on the turn signal's front light with an allen wrench and sometimes even with just your fingers depending on the brand and year model of the car. From there it's as simply as changing a normal common household light bulb. Cut and Paste.

Start by finding the bolts or screw holing the housing in. then remove them and get to the socket and replace the bulb. Sometimes the socket pulls out he back.
