Try to find a bird or wildlife sanctuary. They would be best able to rehabilitate it and release it back into the wild.

Keep the bird in a dark box so it remains calm and give it food and water until it gets better.

Handle the bird with care it is stunned after its fall. Place bird in soft lined box close the lid and put in a dark room for an hour.

Is the robin rather large and has a great deal of feathers? Then chances are it's a juvenile. Robins will spend a few days on the ground between nestling and full flight. They still peep and the parents will feed and protect it. If it isn't, look up wildlife rescue.
