the same way you care for any other dog. but pomeraian's need groomed and thier but area always needs to be clean of fecal matter. always needs to be brushed.

To keep your white Pomeranian looking his best, carefully wipe the corners of his eyes daily with a damp cloth to keep the dark tearduct buildup from staining his face. If he is a messy eater, you can do the same for around his mouth after meals. Use a shampoo especially for white dogs - available at specialty pet shops.

Caring for any dog requires a high quality food, exercise and training. White coats look best when washed with whitening shampoo. Only wash once a month to avoid dry skin.

This breed of dog is very hard to keep. You must have them groomed monthly to bi-monthly to keep them looking clean and keep their fur from getting too long. Feed them a food meant for small breed dogs, most prefer a wet food for this breed because it is a little easier to digest.

You can use Oatmeal based shampoo and conditioner to keep the hair soft. Use Angel eye dog formula for the staining under the eyes, and lightly brush the formula with a tooth brush under the eyes, then wipe clean with a wet rag. Make sure to keep the areas around the eyes trimmed,which will help cut back on tear staining.

Pomerarians are excellent indoor dogs. Playing with them will take care of some daily exercise. They are very active. They need to be walked daily.Pomerarians do not overheat in hot weather.
