You can calculate when your baby is due by having an ultrasound taken at a doctor's office. Once you have had the ultrasound, you will know the date that your baby was conceived. From the date of conception, count forward nine months and you will have a rough estimate of the day your baby will be born!

In order to do find this out you need to go by the first day of your last period. From that date approximately 42 is time the baby is in the womb, but most deliver at 40 weeks. To help determine this an ultrasound can also be done.

You can actually count 40 weeks from when your last period began. There are several websites that provide a due date calculator. Your OB may also recommend a dating sonogram early in your pregnancy if you are unsure.
