First one has to dig the hole 14 x 14 (2 feet overdig) so you can proceed to frame up the 12 x 12 concrete foundation. Then the concrete man will frame and pour the foundation. He will then strip the forms and one has to waterproof the new wall. Once done they can backfill the new foundation.
