In order to breed dwarf hamsters you just throw a male and a female in the same cage together for a day or two, and when the mom becomes pregnant she will turn real aggressive. So when she is real aggressive and until the babies are a week or two old, keep the male away from the female.

Generally you breed dwarf hamsters by putting a male and female together and letting them mate. However, you need to be careful because dwarf hamsters can be very mean and fight with each other. You need to make sure that when you put them together they don't fight or kill each other.

If you have dwarf hamsters in a cage, they will start to breed when there ready. They are sociable and all you need to do is sit back and wait.
