To bread meat, simply make two seperate dishes, one with lightly whipped eggs and the other with flour or the breading you want to use. Dredge the meat in the egg wash, then in the breading. Repeat if you'd like an extra thick breading.

You can dip the meat of your choice in egg and then cover it in flour, cornmeal or other items such as shake n bake. Chicken for example can be dipped in egg, then flour with seasoning and its a good breading for frying it.

Scramble an egg in a bowl. Then dip the meat in the egg being sure to moisten both sides. Then dip the egg-coated meat in bread crumbs.
